Brad and Rob started to dig a hole to bury the kids. It was perfect to for Ryan to sit in. He can't sit by himself yet, so the sides of the hole kept him from falling over.
Ryan enjoyed playing with the shovel, but tried to shovel sand into his mouth. Brad took the shovel, so Ryan started grabbing handfuls of sand and dropping them on his lap. By the way his hair wasn't sweaty or greasy. It was sunscreen. I was worried his scalp would burn.
There was a ten foot wide line of tiny clam shells just before the water line. There were MILLIONS of them.
Boden is definitely getting over his fear of being dirty. He let Daddy bury him TWICE in the sand. After the first time, he walked around for over half an hour covered neck to toe in a layer of sand.
